!!! A new law came into force that an Apostille on diplomas issued to foreign citizens should be supplemented with a letter of enquiry, which must be endorsed before submitting documents for Apostille. It takes additionaly 2-3 working days.

Nostrification, consular legalization

To submit documents for nostrification, you must have:
- translations into Ukrainian (diploma, annex with the number of hours)
- copy of owner's passport, a copy of marriage certificate (if the surname was changed)
- originals of diploma and annex
- copy of the document on previous education
- application for consent to verify personal data (fill in our office)
The price depends on timing and country
Preliminary examination - about 10 p. etc. (typically less)
If required for work:
60 working days - 5000 UAH.
50 working days - 5500 UAH.
40 working days - 6000 UAH.
10 working days - 65000 UAH
5 working days - 7000 UAH.
If it is required to continue education (except for Russia), there also should be an expertise:
30 working days - 3700 UAH
10 working days - 4500 UAH
The ability to perform the procedure of nostrification in a shorter period is confirmed when documents are submitted to the Department of Nostrification of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine (not at the office of translation agency).
During the procedure of nostrification, the authenticity of the diplomas is checked properly, so illigally issued diplomas will not be recognized and the case will be handed over to the appropriate authorities! If, as a result of the expertise, it turns out that the university is not recognized in the country where it operates, the Ministry of Education of Ukraine does not issue a compliance certificate and does not return the money for the procedure.
Consular legalization (*) - legalization of certificates of no-criminal record, documents from Civil Register Department:

1. Submission of documents in the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of External Affairs:
6-7 working days – 1700 UAH
10-12 working days – 1300 UAH
2. Translation of a document. The cost depends on the language of translation, prices are on the page Prices for translation and notarial certification.
3. Notary certification of the translation. The price is 150 UAH for one document.

1. Submission of a notarially certified translation in the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of External Affairs:
6-7 working days – 1700 UAH
10-12 working days – 1300 UAH
2. Submission to the Embassy. The cost of submission is 500 uah per 1 document.
Consular fees depends on the country for which the legalization is carried out. It is necessary to specify prices with the Translation Agency manager.
